Do you accept credit card?

Definitely! KIMI KAA accepts payment from ALL credit cards, Paypal, Zelle QuickPay and Cash App. 

 

Can I see the artwork in my space/mockup before I purchase?

You got it! Shoot us an email at [email protected], make sure to attach a photo of your wall. 

 

Can I send my purchase as a gift?

Yes! We'd love to treat the ones you love. You can send items as gifts, through checkout add the receivers confirmed address to shipping. 

 

What is your shipping policy?

All orders ship within two business days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise noted.

Orders are shipped via USPS. In most cases we will use Priority Mail within the United States, so you will be able to track your package with confirmation code. 

To countries outside the United States, USPS First Class or Priority International will be used (this depends on size of shipment and cost).

 

Do you accept refunds?

Absolutely! Our number one priority is your 100% satisfaction with your purchase from KIMI KAA. It is our goal to make buying art an effortless and exciting experience. Our fulfillment and return policy are an important part of creating this experience. We are confident that once you have art from KIMI KAA in your space you'll be happy. However, if you are not thrilled with your purchase, you will receive a full refund. 

Returns are accepted up to seven days from the date your art was marked 'delivered' by the carrier. All return inquiries should be sent to: [email protected] with subject line "Return Inquiry" followed by order number (i.e. Return Inquiry: 2436), providing the item is in complete, original, and sellable condition. PLEASE NOTE: All sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged for store credit. 

Please be sure to retain all of the original packaging and materials that arrived with art. Items must be shipped back within seven days. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs on returns.
